政府扶持+创意突围 95后硕士让“长沙文创”出圈出彩

作为新一线城市中极具活力的“双创”高地,中国长沙为大学生创业者铺就了一条从校园到市场的黄金赛道,湖南辰芒文化传媒有限公司创始人朱帆就是其中的“获利者”。

As a highly dynamic "entrepreneurship and innovation" hub among China's new first-tier cities,  Changsha has paved a broad path for college student entrepreneurs from campus to the market. Zhu Fan, the founder of Hunan Chenmang Culture Media Co., Ltd., is one of the beneficiaries.

朱帆说:“创业投入40万元,获得补贴就有15万元,极大缓解了我们的创业资金压力。”

"We invested 400,000 yuan in starting a business and received a subsidy of 150,000 yuan, which greatly relieved our financial pressure in entrepreneurship." He said.

95后朱帆硕士毕业于首都师范大学,在北京求学、生活了9年。他在仔细对比了其他城市的人才引进政策后发现,长沙对待大学生创业的扶持力度很大,对创业者来说非常友好。就这样,毕业后的朱帆回到家乡长沙,与合伙人共同成立了辰芒。

Zhu Fan, a post-95s, graduated with a master's degree from Capital Normal University. He had studied and lived in Beijing for 9 years. After carefully comparing the talent introduction policies of other cities, he found that Changsha offers strong support for college student entrepreneurship and is very friendly to entrepreneurs. Thus, after graduation, Zhu Fan returned to his hometown Changsha and jointly founded Hunan Chenmang Culture Media Co., Ltd. with his partners.

结合2025年长沙市旅发大会的契机,辰芒深入挖掘长沙宁乡十景,开发出丝巾、领带、钥匙扣、方巾、吉祥物等文创产品,团队努力以科技赋能,让长沙文化符号成为能够被市场“看见”的商业IP。

Seizing the opportunity presented by the 2025 Changsha Tourism Development Conference, the company deeply explored the ten scenic spots in Ningxiang, Changsha, and developed cultural and creative products such as silk scarves, ties, keychains, bandanas, and mascots. The team has been making great efforts to infuse these products with technological elements, turning the cultural symbols of Changsha into commercial IPs that can be "seen" by the market.

朱帆表示,得益于有关部门的积极推荐,公司成立不久,就成功拿到相关青年人才计划补贴。不仅如此,政府的协调对接也让公司文创产品顺利实现商业转化。

Zhu Fan said that thanks to the active recommendation of relevant departments, his company successfully received subsidies under the relevant youth talent program shortly after its establishment. Moreover, the government's coordination also enabled the company's cultural and creative products to be successfully commercialized.

两年来,辰芒已成功服务谷歌、美的等知名品牌,业务已经做到了法国、泰国、印度尼西亚等海外地区。未来,公司将持续探索数字技术与传统文化的融合路径,通过创新表达方式让湖湘文化在数字时代焕发新生。

Over the past two years, Zhu’s company has successfully served well - known brands such as Google and Midea, and its business has expanded abroad to countries such as France, Thailand, and Indonesia. In the future, the company will continue to explore the integration path of digital technology and traditional culture, and rejuvenate Hunan culture in the digital era through innovative expressions.
