从自主研发到世界领先，“中国芯”守护智造安全

Twenty years ago, Xie Wenchao, founder of Hunan Tianan Door Industry Technology, resolved to develop China’s own door drive systems. Guided by a professor from the National University of Defense Technology, he chose the technical path of maglev linear motors. After founding the company in 2002, he invested all his startup capital of more than 4 million yuan in research and development.

20年前，湖南天安门业科技创始人谢文超决心研发中国自主门机，在国防科技大学教授指点下选定磁悬浮直线电机技术方向，2002年成立公司后投入全部400多万元创业资金研发。

Over four years of hardships, including funding shortages and team setbacks, he persevered. At the end of 2006, he successfully developed the first-generation commercial maglev linear motor driver, achieving disruptive innovation in the automatic door industry. Subsequent breakthroughs enabled him to break global monopolies, reject patent buyout offers from international giants, and maintain technology that remains at least eight years ahead of the global industry to this day.

历经四年资金耗尽、团队困境等重重难关，他咬牙坚持，2006年底成功研发出第一代商用磁悬浮直线电机驱动器，实现自动门行业颠覆性创新，后续产品接连突破，不仅打破国际垄断，还拒绝了国际大牌的专利买断请求，其技术至今领先国际同行至少8年。

Today, Tianan’s door drive technology has reached its sixth generation, with a failure rate as low as 0.1 percent and noise performance far exceeding industry standards. Its products are used in high-speed railways, big data centers and other scenarios, exported to nearly 50 countries and regions, and its extra-large central axis doors have set an industry benchmark.

如今天安门业的门机技术已迭代至第六代，故障率低至千分之一、静音效果远超行业标准，产品应用于高铁、大数据中心等诸多场景，远销近50个国家和地区，还打造出行业标杆的超大型中轴门。

The company has also pioneered a new smart door segment, bringing maglev automatic doors from commercial to household use and unlocking a 100-billion-yuan market. In 2024, it mass-produced maglev medical airtight door drives to break foreign monopolies, and is now developing maglev motor door technologies with higher load capacity. For more than 20 years, Xie Wenchao has focused on core component R&D without blind expansion. Through sustained technological innovation, he has set an example of Chinese-style innovation, using the "China Core" to safeguard industrial security and boost the development of China’s intelligent manufacturing.

企业还开创智能门新赛道，将磁悬浮自动门从商用引入家用，撬动千亿级市场，2024年成功量产磁悬浮医用气密门机打破国外垄断，目前正冲击更高承重的磁悬浮电机门技术。谢文超20多年坚守门机核心部件研发，不盲目扩张，以持续的技术创新书写了中国式创新样本，用“中国芯”守住产业安全，撑起中国智造发展。
