Gross regional product of Hunan in 2023 reaches 5001.29 billion yuan

According to annual statistical communique regarding 2023 provincial economic and social development released on March 27, the gross regional product of Hunan in 2023 reached 5001.29 billion yuan, up by 4.6% year-to-year.

What is more, the added value of the fundamental industry was 462.13 billion yuan, up by 3.5%; the added value of the secondary industry was 1,882.28 billion yuan, up by 4.6%; the added value of the tertiary industry was 2,656.88 billion yuan, up by 4.8%. Per ca-pita GRP was 75,938 yuan, an increase of 5.0%.
